Makeup & Gele Services
All service bookings are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a forfeited deposit or service fee.
Product Sales
For our wigs, all product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
For our ready to wears, we ensure to get appropriate measurements/sizes from our clients, therefore, no refund or exchange except where the fault is from us.
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Opened beauty products are non-returnable.
How to Return:
– Email info@excellencebeautystores.com with your order number and reason.
– We will provide return instructions.
– Customer covers return shipping unless the item was defective.
Refunds:
– Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after item inspection.
